AI Delivered for custom home builders

You are paying five vendors to do one job.

A web guy who takes two weeks to change a photo. A lead service that sells the same buyer to three builders. A CRM nobody opens. A bookkeeper chasing receipts out of a truck console. And a marketing retainer that sends a report you have never finished reading.

We replace that with one system built around how you already build, and then we run it with you.

CBDM Two people build it, and those two people answer the phone.

What we hear on the first call

Builders do not call us about software.

I cannot tell you which of these leads came from the website and which came from the sign in the yard.

My site looks like every other builder in this county. Same stock photos, probably the same template.

I am answering lead emails at nine at night because if I wait until Monday they are gone.

We bid off a spreadsheet that one person understands, and she is on vacation.

Somebody has the receipts. They are in a truck.

Nobody sets out to run a building company out of a text thread. It happens one reasonable decision at a time, and then it is how the company works.

Why us and not an agency

We already build for builders.

Custom builders are our favorite kind of client, because the work is already good. Nobody needs to be convinced that craft matters. What is missing is a front office that keeps up with the field, and that is a build, not a campaign.

We are humans who build with AI

AI writes drafts, sorts leads and reads receipts. It does not talk to your buyers without you seeing it first, and we will tell you where we would not use it at all.

You own all of it

Domain, site, data, repository, accounts. In your name from day one. If you fire us on a Tuesday you still have everything on Wednesday.

You see it working first

We build a version with your projects in it before you pay anything, because a working page settles an argument that a proposal cannot.

One rebuild, measured

Same photos, same story, a third of the wait.

3.9 MB → 100 KB

Page weight on a custom builder site we rebuilt this year. Forty times lighter, with the gallery intact.

3.3s → 1.0s

Time to fully load, measured from the same connection on the same afternoon.

1 place

Leads, jobs, bids and receipts stopped living in four tools and a group text.

We are not naming the builder here. We do not put one client's name in front of another without asking, and we would not put yours out either.

What we build

Front of house, and back of house.

Most builders get sold one or the other. A pretty site that does not know your jobs exist, or project software your buyers never see. We build the pair, because the handoff between them is where the work leaks out.

Front of house

What a buyer meets before they ever call you.

  • Site built on your homes and your process, never a builder template
  • Local search for the towns and subdivisions you actually build in
  • Galleries that load on a phone in a truck with two bars
  • Lead forms that text you within a minute and log themselves
  • Available lots and floor plans as pages, so they rank on their own
  • Written pages that answer the questions buyers ask you every week

Back of house

What your team opens on Monday morning.

  • Job board from first call through final walkthrough
  • Bids and selections, so a change order stops being a text
  • Receipts by photo, read and coded to the right job
  • Cost per job that is current, not current as of last quarter
  • Buyer portal with build status, so the Saturday call stops
  • Warranty requests that land somewhere instead of in a voicemail

How it goes

Three steps, and the first one is free.

01

We build you a demo

Send us your website and the name of one job. In a few days you get a live link with your homes, your towns and that job already in it. No contract, no deposit, no discovery phase billed by the hour.

02

We launch on a date you pick

Domain, photos, existing leads and open jobs move over together, in your accounts. We do the boring migration work. Your crew keeps building the whole time.

03

We stay on as your team

Every month we take one more thing off your plate. New lot pages in spring, warranty flow before winter, whatever the season is handing you.

Pricing

One build fee, then a monthly team.

Build

$7,500

One time. Site and back office together, launched.

  • Everything under front of house and back of house
  • Migration of your current site, photos and leads
  • Your team trained on the one screen they will actually use
  • Accounts and repository in your name

Monthly

$500 to $2,500

Your AI team, sized to how much you want us doing.

  • $500 keeps it running, hosted, patched, answered
  • $1,200 adds content, lot pages and monthly reporting
  • $2,500 adds a standing build queue, one new thing a month
  • Month to month. No annual paper to get out of.

Worth doing before you call us

Add up what you pay now.

We are not going to guess your numbers. Put your real ones in and see where you land.

Your monthly, today $0

Enter what you actually pay. If the total lands under $500 you probably do not need us yet, and we will say so on the call.

What changes

Same company, six months apart.

Before

  • Lead comes in at 8 p.m. and sits until Monday
  • Nobody can say what a job actually cost until it is closed
  • Buyer texts you on Saturday asking about drywall
  • Website edits go through someone who answers on Thursdays
  • Four logins, and the numbers in them disagree

After

  • Lead is answered in a minute, and you know where it came from
  • Cost per job is current enough to change what you bid next week
  • Buyer checks the portal, sees photos from Thursday, does not text
  • You change a photo from your phone, on site
  • One login, and it is the one your office manager already opens

What builders say

Fewer tools, and a quieter phone.

We cancelled three subscriptions the first month. I did not expect the website and the job board to be the same thing, and now I cannot picture them apart.

My wife ran the receipts for eleven years out of a shoebox and a spreadsheet. She took a picture of one, it landed on the right job, and she looked at me.

Two of our last four contracts came from lot pages that did not exist in March. I do not fully understand how that works and I have stopped asking.

Placeholder copy. These are invented builders written to test how the section reads, not clients, and nothing here goes public until real customers say something we can quote.

Where we say no

Things we will not sell you.

We will not write your reviews

We will make it easy to ask for one at the right moment. Writing them is fraud and it reads like fraud.

We are not replacing your estimator

Your numbers come from a person who has been wrong before and learned from it. We give that person better inputs and faster paper.

If your project software works, keep it

Plenty of builders are fine on what they have. We would rather pull from it than charge you to rip it out.

No AI talking to your buyers unsupervised

Drafts, sorting and summaries, yes. Anything a buyer reads goes past a human first, and that human works here.

Questions builders ask

Straight answers.

How long until we are live?

Demo in a few days. Launched in three to five weeks, depending on how fast we get photos and who has the domain login. Photos are always the long pole.

Who actually does the work?

Casey and Drew. Not an account manager, not an offshore team you never meet. The people who build it are the people who answer when you call about it.

What happens to our current website?

It keeps running until the day you say go. We move the content, keep the URLs that have earned their rankings, and set up redirects for the ones we retire.

We already use project management software. Is this a fight?

No. If it is working, we connect to it and leave it alone. We only replace software that your team is already avoiding.

Do you lock us into a contract?

Build fee is one time. Monthly is month to month. Everything is in your name, so leaving means telling us, not extracting yourself.

What if we want to stop the monthly?

Site and system keep running. You keep the accounts and the code. We hand over what a new developer would need and answer their questions for thirty days.

Next step

Send us your website and one job.

In a few days you get a live link with your own homes in it. If it is not obviously better than what you have, tell us and we will go away. Nobody signs anything to find out.

Casey or Drew will be on the call. A real person replies.
